Valiant Living is the trade name of Restorations Therapy, LLC, the legal entity registered for this text messaging program. Messages are sent under the Valiant Living name.
The Valiant Living SMS Program (the "Program") delivers text messages to individuals who have opted in through our consent form at valiantliving.com/sms-consent. The Program includes two message categories, and you receive only the categories you select at opt in:

Valiant Living does not charge for the Program, but message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our consent form or reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us so we can update our records. You are responsible for messages sent to a number you no longer control until you notify us of the change.
You must be at least 18 years of age and the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you enroll. By enrolling, you confirm that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number and that you will notify us if you release or change the number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care, treatment, or any other services from Valiant Living. You may opt out at any time without affecting your relationship with our organization.
Your information is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated terms on this page. Continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
