Valiant Life Warrior CampValiant Life Warrior Camp is an intense athletic training program rooted in the fitness principles of flexibility, agility, dynamic strength building, Plyometrics, and metabolic/ anabolic training routines. F.I.T. Strength and Conditioning training (Functionally Intergrated Training), no gyms, is what we’re talking about. These routines have been tested, participated in and practiced by America’s most elite warriors: the US Special Operations Command (SOCOM). This is not a basic course.
